Franziska Alderton - Director and Principal Planner
Fran possesses many years of practical experience in traffic and transport planning, project management and infrastructure planning in Australia and Europe within both the public and private sectors. Her specific areas of expertise include multi-modal transport planning, Local Government Infrastructure Planning, airport ground transport planning, options analysis and area transport strategies.
Fran is a flexible, enthusiastic and diligent project manager with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities enabling her to deliver projects on time and within budget to the quality expected by her clients. Her ability to understand new concepts and knowledge areas are exceptional which allows Fran to successfully project manage a wide range of interesting and challenging projects.
Throughout her career, Fran has developed outstanding team leading experience and superior stakeholder engagement skills, including extended project teams, local and state governments, transport operators and approval boards.
